Sue Bird is a professional American basketball player. She plays for Seattle Storm. Seattle Storm, WNBA Women's National Basketball Association. She has been a member of the Seattle Storm's three different WNBA-championship-winning squads. Sue Bird, born in New York, became an Israeli through her father. She's been a member of the US National team at the international stage, and she also represents her native country. The sport was a passion she began at a very young age. She also played soccer, track and field, and tennis. Both in her initial and second year, she was a player at Syosset High School. She was then transferred from Syosset High School to Christ the King Regional High School so that she could have a more competitive environment.
